Building Energy Rating (BER)

Sustainable Energy Ireland through their home energy saving scheme are currently offering grants for boiler and insulation upgrades on dwellings built before 2006.

These grants apply to gas and oil boilers, external wall insulation, cavity insulation, internal wall insulation and dry lining. We can assist you in your grant application and offer advice on which type of energy saving is best suited to your home.
